Iris Kadouri grew and evolved within the changing world of postmodern uncertainty. After traveling to over 40 countries around the globe, and observing a multitude of different cultures, Iris decided the time had come to translate all of her influences into a design career.
She began her design studies at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design in London and after graduating, based herself in New York. While working on various consulting projects, Iris began designing lighting and furniture. In 2004 she moved to Israel and founded Iris Design Studio, a design collaborative and product design company. |

With her unique approach to postmodernism Iris questions the meaning of time, space, and ways of looking at objects. At first glance Iris's work conjures up doubts in the eyes of the beholder - nothing appears real. Only upon taking a closer look can one determine what the object is made of and how it has been constructed.
Knowing that it takes more than talent, and wanting to get her designs out for people to enjoy and appreciate, Iris decided to complete her education at a business school. She has recently graduated from an MBA program at the IDC in Herzlyya.
