We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to the account via email or phone.

How does the site work?
We have made the site as simple and straightforward to navigate as possible. The categories of offering are listed on the left side and by clicking on a category; you are taken to a page of subcategories. By clicking on a subcategory photo, you are offered items within that subcategory. Click on an item thumbnail, and you will be taken to a product page with item details, including price, and an "Add to Cart" button. If you click on the button, it will take you to the shopping cart.

How do I make a purchase?
In order to buy something from IrisDesignStudio.com, IrisKadouri.com, or Iris Design Studio Ltd., you must first log in and have a username and password. Click on "Log-in" on the shopping cart pages and follow the new user prompts. To make a purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button, follow the page prompts for quantity, and complete the billing, shipping, and credit card detail pages. The final page of the sequence is the order review page where you should check all the details to make sure that we have everything correct. Once you click the "place my order" button, we will process your order.

What if I forget my password?

Do you send a confirmation e-mail?
We send two. The first, right after you place your order, confirms that we have received it. The second upon shipment to confirms that we have shipped your order.

What is your returns policy?
Merchandise purchased from IrisDesignStudio.com, IrisKadouri.com or Iris Design Studio Ltd. may be returned for credit only within 14 days of purchase if in original condition and in the original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Our credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

How do I return something to you?
If you would like to return something, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). You can obtain an RMA by contacting the Gallery by phone or e-mail. Follow the instructions on the back of the packing list, and return it to us by UPS, EMS, DHL or FedEx within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in original condition and packaging. Please be mindful that you are responsible for getting it to us in good condition, so be careful with its packing. If the product is defective, contact us DOA (Dead on Arrival � upon receiving the goods and in front of the messenger/deliverer) and we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you. If we cannot be contacted by phone, please ask the messenger/deliverer to report a damaged package received. How do I use my credit?
Your credit will be added to your online account and will be automatically applied to your next purchase.

Can I cancel an order that I placed with IrisDesignStudio.com?
Yes, you can. There is a 24 hour waiting period from the time your original order is placed in which you are able to cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to Info@IrisDesignStudio.com notifying us that you would like to have an order cancelled. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e., your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have cancelled that order for you. If you do not receive this confirmation message, we have already shipped your order to you.

What kind of browser do I need in order to make online purchases from IrisDesignStudio.com?

When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
Your order will be shipped within three business days to ten business days from the time you place your order, provided that the requested item is in stock. You should receive the order within 10 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location. On each product page, you will see if the product is in stock or not, and the manufacturing lead time. To find out more about shipping times to your country, please go to our Shipping Info page.

Do you have a faster service available?
Yes, we can ship your order via Priority Shipping, which is shipped within one business day of your order being placed, and will arrive within two business days thereafter. There is a surcharge for that service, as indicated in the shipping section of the Shopping Cart. This service is available for stock items only. To request a faster shipping service, please contact us on Sales@IrisDesignStudio.com immediately after placing your order.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on weight, size, and shipping location, according to the prices we receive from EMS. We include the shipping costs with the product costs for your convenience. This way, there are no added charges when reaching the cart. If a product has a special shipping rate, it will be indicated on the product page, and in these cases we will contact you by e-mail with a shipping quote. This is often the case if an item is oversized. We will not ship until you have approved the quote.

Can I have my order sent to a different location than my billing address?
Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it's different from the billing address. Please note, however, that IrisDesignStudio.com cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that IrisDesignStudio.com cannot ship orders to P.O. or APO Boxes.

What are your electrical standards?
All of our products are manufactured to meet CE and EMC standards, when shipped to Europe and Israel, and manufactured to meet cUL and ETL standards when shipped to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. If you are from a country other than the ones mentioned above, our system will locate the standards required and the product will be sent out to meet your local regulatory demands. If we are unable to provide you with such standards, you will not be able to purchase our products as the system will notify you when you fill in your shipping details. In this case your credit card would not be charged.
Products shipped to Europe and Israel are 220-230V and are tested to meet CE and/or EMC.
Products shipped to the USA, Canada and Mexico are 110-120V and are either cUL or ETL tested.

Where do you ship to?
We ship orders to addresses all over the world. Some countries have electricity regulations other than those common to the USA or Europe. In these cases, we will not be able to provide you with our products. To see if we ship to your country, please view our Shipping Page.

What if the item I want is not in stock?
While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, there may be times when something you order is not available. We will inform you by e-mail of that situation and tell you how long the lead time is expected to be for the item to come back into stock. At that point you can choose to cancel the order, or have us order it for you.
Some of the items on the website always need to be specially ordered because we do not keep them in stock. This is especially true in the case of specific size and colour matching. In these cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page. We require payment in full at the time of order, and we promise to deliver by the date promised. If for some reason the order cannot be filled as agreed, we will inform you prior to the delivery date, and you are then free to cancel the order.
 
 

How is sales tax calculated for orders?
We collect sales tax/VAT on orders shipped to addresses in Israel only. Residents in other countries are responsible for complying with their local tax laws.
